This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes BLUMOT’s Business Process Outsourcing Services (the “Services”) policies and practices in connection with our Clients, Employees, Contractors, and Vendors (the “Person(s)”); regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information, through: www.blumot.com (the “Site”), and any other websites, applications, and online services that are owned or controlled by BLUMOT; When a Person calls us for support; When a Person provides us with their feedback; When BLUMOT collects any information offline. Please note that we combine the information we collect from any Person from the Site, through the Services, from third parties, and offline.
BLUMOT is the responsible entity for all Personal Information subject to this Policy in connection with the Services offered by our office in the United States of America. We also provide Services in other countries where BLUMOT operates, so please be sure to visit the correct country version of BLUMOT’s Site.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION
We want to be clear about what information we collect and how we use it to deliver our Services to any Person, and confirm that BLUMOT does not sell any Personal Information to third parties.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

For security and quality purposes, Personal Information may also be collected when we monitor and/or record communications and/or geolocation using data, audio, video, and/or image recording and monitoring systems, when: We send or receive any kind of communications, such as emails or phone calls; When a Person uses a device owned by BLUMOT; When a Person uses a service contracted and/or provided by BLUMOT; When a Person uses an application, software or computer service contracted and/or provided by BLUMOT; When a Person accesses and visits our facilities.
(b) Non-Personal Information, which is any information that does not reveal the Person’s specific identity, such as; Website use information that is collected on an aggregate basis as the Person and others browse our Site, and does not permit identification of any individual or entity site visitor; Information collected through cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, and other technologies; Some of the Site pages and HTML-formatted email messages, track the actions of Site users and email recipients, in order to measure the success of BLUMOT’s marketing campaigns, compile statistics about the Site and email usage, response rates, and provide BLUMOT with business and marketing information; Media Access Control (MAC) address; Device type; Screen resolution; Operating system version and Internet browser type and version; Type of device used to access the Site; IP addresses to track and aggregate Non-Personal Information, such as using IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate to our Site, calculating Site usage levels, administering the Site, and market analysis; Non-Personal Information that a Person may provide or create when the Person interacts with our Services.
ABOUT OUR USE OF COOKIES
When you use and/or access the Site, we may place a number of cookies files in your web browser for usage statistics reporting of the Site and refine our marketing efforts. In addition to our own cookies we may also use various third party cookies.

SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
We may use third parties to provide website hosting, data analysis, data processing, storage, emergency recovery, payment processing, order and/or service fulfillment, product distribution, infrastructure provision, IT services, customer service, email delivery services, credit card processing, fraud detection and prevention, auditing services and similar services contracted by BLUMOT; and it may be necessary for BLUMOT to grant these third parties access to Personal Information you have provided.
We may share your information with courts, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies when we have a good faith belief we're required or permitted to do so by law, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, to protect our company, or to respond to a court order, subpoena, search warrant, or other law enforcement request.

In the process of continuing to develop our business, BLUMOT may acquire subsidiaries or other business entities in the United States or in other countries. As a result of such transactions, and for the purpose of maintaining a continued relationship with you, we may transfer your Personal Information to a related affiliate. If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
BLUMOT is a United States entity. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, BLUMOT transfers Personal Information to the United States and may be stored and processed in any other country where we have offices/subsidiaries or where we have engaged a third party service provider.
By using BLUMOT’s Site or Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than in your country.
HOW DO WE SECURE INFORMATION TRANSMISSIONS?
BLUMOT uses reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under BLUMOT’s control. Internally, we use encryption and anti-virus technologies, user authentication systems (e.g., passwords) and access control mechanisms to secure access to our computer systems and files. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Thus, while we strive to protect your personal data, BLUMOT cannot ensure and does not warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

Our Site may contain links to other websites, which are owned or operated by other companies. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site nor the information or content contained therein. CHOICE OF LAW
This Policy and any claim will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to this Policy.
SEVERABILITY
If and to the extent any provision of this Policy conflict with applicable state or federal law of the United States of America, such state or federal law shall replace such conflicting terms only to the extent required by law, and all other provisions of this Policy shall remain in full force and effect.
WAIVER
No delay in our exercise of our rights, powers, or remedies will affect the provisions under this Policy.
YOUR CONSENT
By using our Site, our Services, and submitting your Personal Information to BLUMOT, you consent and agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. Please do not send us any Personal Information if you do not want it to be treated in accordance with this Policy.
